Set in the present-day, Echoes takes place nearly twenty years after "the Science Club" graduated from Blake Holsey High and the school closed forever, but with the discovery of a new black hole, the strange events that took place there are happening once again, impacting former students and those with a strong connection to the school.

In episode #10, former Blake Holsey High student Madison learns about the recently discovered black hole that is somehow connected to the school and her sister, Iris.
